Then there were names like Kyle Gentry and Christina Kim who went on to the LPGA. Another LPGA player in this season is Morgan Pressel. Morgan won at Mission Inn in April 2001. Boys 12-19 division: Spencer Levin of Elk Grove City, CA, won with rounds of 76-71-73.  Spencer went on to play collegiate golf at the University of New Mexico before turning pro in 2005.

Winner: Kyle Reifers edged out Sean Moore for the Boys 13-19 title.  Both Reifers and Moore would go on to play collegiate golf at Wake Forest University.  Kyle turned pro in 2006.

Jackson (LA): May 25 – 28, 2001

FCWT Junior Golf – Central Regional Championship

Beck Troutman won the title in the Central Regional Championship for 2001.  Troutman was named to the 1st Team All-FCWT in both 2000 and 2001.  He went on to play collegiate golf at LSU.

FCWT Tour Championship Jun 14 – 17, 2001

2001 FCWT Junior Golf National Championship

Boys 15-19 division winner: Kyle Gentry of Carmel, CA, won the Boys title with rounds of 73-73-69.
Girls winner: Lauren Todd of Phoenix, AZ, claimed the girls title in a playoff win with Monique Gesualdi. Marc Gladson won the Boys 13-14 division with rounds of 69-67-72 and Patrick Ahlering won the Boys 11-12 division. Gladson went on to play collegiate golf at Wake Forest University.
